The Taste of Rural Europe (TORE) Project is an transnational approach that brings together high quality local food producers to share best practice in the promotion of their food regions.

The Scottish Regions of Argyll, Ayrshire and Arran and the Polish Regions of Malopolska and Lodz have vast natural larders and are home to small artisan food producers and high quality regional food products.

Working together to share knowledge on how to promote the high quality rural produce of their regions, Argyll, Ayrshire and Arran, Malopolska and Lodz have shared best practice in film, web, written promotion and have visited each region to learn new approaches.
